Booking Policies
To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of one night plus tax will be processed on your credit card. The remaining balance will be processed 30 days prior to your check-in.
Cancellation Policy
A written notice of cancellation must be received by email; info@cathedralmountain.com. Cancellations made 30 days or more before your arrival date will have their deposit refunded less a $100.00 administration fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Cancellations, including those arising at the last minute due to inclement weather, road conditions, illness, travel restrictions etc. are subject to our cancellation policy. We recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance. Early checkout room(s) will not be reimbursed.
Age Restrictions
Cathedral Mountain Lodge welcomes individual guests, couples, and families. For the safety and comfort of all guests, all children must be 8 years of age or older to stay at the Lodge. This policy reflects the ladder access to the lofts in our family-style accommodations, as well as the amenities and services available at the Lodge.
Cabin Capacity
Each cabin at Cathedral Mountain Lodge has a designated maximum occupancy based on its layout and available amenities.
- Cathedral King Cabin: Maximum 2 guests
- Cathedral Twin Cabin: Maximum 2 guests
- Premier Cabin: Maximum 2 guests
- Premier Cabin with Loft: Maximum 4 guests
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, additional guests cannot be accommodated beyond the stated maximum occupancy. We do not offer cots, rollaway beds, or pull-out sofas in any of our cabins. Please ensure your selected cabin can accommodate the total number of guests in your party when making your reservation.
Travel Agents
Commission is not applicable for bookings made through our online booking system. For Travel Agents wishing to make a reservation, please contact us directly at info@cathedralmountain.com.
